* Adultery, much like in today's Society, happened even further back than 1850! Hester Prynne and Arthur Dimmesdale have slept together, causing Hester to become a known adulter.
* Over a third of married men will cheat on their wives
* Nearly a quarter of all married women will cheat on their husbands
